Lemon and Lavender are oils we use daily. Lavender is in our diffuser every night and is called the swiss army knife of oils because it is used for pretty much everything. Lemon is an oil that we use in our water to help our cells stay clean and flush out toxins. Lemon is wonderful diffused by itself to brighten up a room with a fresh scent and is lovely combined with lavender too. Do you have something sticky? Lemon will help you! Gum in the kids hair or a label on the bottom of something you just bought. Lemon is our go to for sticky gunk. 

Do you like sugar scrubs? Grab a cup of sugar and a cup of olive oil and add 20-30 drops of lemon. This is super awesome for your lymphatic system. You can turn it up a notch and add some ground coffee to your sugar scrub for even more kick!

R.C. is for all things respiratory. This is a must in any house to diffuse during those winter months. We also make a wonderful chest rub with this oil.
